How Our Bathroom Remodeling Company Works
Every project starts with a free in-home estimate and a written contract that lists scope, materials, price, and each payment phase. California law backs that up with a down payment of no more than $1,000 or 10 percent of the contract price, whichever is less and three business days to cancel, or five if you are 65 or older after you sign. We file the permit with the City of Anaheim Building Division, schedule inspections, and sequence the trades so plumbing and wiring are finished and inspected before any tile goes up.
We do full remodels, shower rebuilds, tub-to-shower conversions, tub replacements, and walk-in showers, along with the tile, vanity, and countertop work that goes with them. Start on our home page to see all of it.
